Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and preferred shipping method. Promotions and discounts do not apply to shipping charges unless explicitly stated.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected service. Delivery estimates for in-stock items:
Singapore: 6-7 business days
Malaysia: 8-10 business days
Thailand/Philippines: 5-6 business days
United Arab Emirates: 6-10 business days
South Korea: 6-8 business days
Vietnam: 8-10 business days
USA: 6-12 business days
UK/Europe: 6-10 business days (Greece/Cyprus: 8–12, Switzerland: 6–9, Norway: 8–10 business days)
Canada: 8-15 business days
Australia/New Zealand: 5-10 business days
Most other destinations: 12 business days
During peak periods, delivery times may be longer. Some items may ship from different locations; any extended lead time will be shown at checkout when possible. Tracking information is sent by email once your order ships.
Taxes & Duties
We ship using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) channel to most destinations, including the EU/EEA, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia, so import duties and taxes are included in your checkout total and no additional charges are due on delivery. In the rare case that DDP isn’t available for your address (e.g., certain remote areas or restricted lanes), the order may ship Delivered At Place (DAP) and local duties/VAT/handling fees may be charged on arrival; if this applies, we will notify you before dispatch.
